Key To Perform x CCSA COllab
We were thrilled to have a special guest joining us: Karl Etamba aka Key To Perform a professional physiotherapist. This collaboration was an important part of our commitment to not only developing our players’ skills on the court but also ensuring their overall health and well-being.
The day kicked off with a comprehensive session where the physiotherapist introduced key concepts around injury prevention, proper stretching techniques, and the importance of maintaining physical health throughout their basketball careers. The players were engaged and eager to learn, recognizing that these practices are crucial for their long-term success in the sport.
Throughout the day, the physiotherapist worked individually with players, assessing their physical condition and providing personalized advice on how to improve their flexibility, strength, and recovery processes. These one-on-one consultations were invaluable, offering each player specific insights into their body mechanics and how to avoid common basketball injuries.
This collaboration reinforced the idea that becoming an elite athlete is not just about skill development—it’s also about taking care of your body to sustain high performance over time. The players left the session with a better understanding of how to take proactive steps in their training routines to prevent injuries and enhance their physical resilience.
Overall, Day 6 was a huge success, and we are grateful for the expertise and guidance provided by our physiotherapist. This was a perfect example of how our camp integrates holistic approaches to player development, ensuring that our athletes are not just better players but also smarter, healthier ones.
